Rules for withdrawal, subscription cancellation, and refunds at NixZap.

This Policy complements the Terms of Service and explains how NixZap handles withdrawal, renewal cancellation, and refund requests.

When the subscriber qualifies as a consumer, Brazilian consumer protection and e-commerce rules apply. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory legal rights.

Scope

This Policy applies to subscriptions, plans, credits, add-ons, and other purchases made through official NixZap channels.

Purchases made through marketplaces, intermediaries, or partners may also be subject to additional channel rules, without limiting applicable legal rights.

Withdrawal within 7 days

If you subscribe to NixZap online and request withdrawal within the statutory 7-calendar-day period, we will review the request as a cancellation with full refund when applicable.

When a full refund is approved, NixZap will request reversal through the payment provider using the original payment method whenever technically possible.

Paid access may be terminated immediately when the request involves a reversal, refund, chargeback, or equivalent financial cancellation.

How to request

Requests must be made through NixZap's official WhatsApp: (11) 91087-7345.

To locate the purchase safely, we may request minimal information such as the email used for purchase, name or company name, CPF/CNPJ provided, subscribed plan, and approximate purchase date.

We will confirm receipt and provide the result of the review through the support channel.

  • Do not send full card numbers, CVV, passwords, or payment tokens.
  • Requests made within the statutory period should clearly state that they are a purchase withdrawal request.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent new charges after the current billing cycle.

When cancellation does not involve a refund, paid access normally remains active until the end of the already paid period.

If there is a refund, chargeback, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirement for immediate cut-off, NixZap may reduce, suspend, or terminate access before the end of the cycle.

Cases where a refund may apply

In addition to statutory withdrawal rights, refund requests may be reviewed in cases such as duplicate charge, proven operational error, unrecognized charge, fraud, legal order, or unavailability attributable to NixZap that substantially prevents contracted use and is not resolved within a reasonable time.

Each case will be reviewed considering contracting records, usage, payments, support, availability, and applicable legal obligations.

Cases without automatic refund

After the statutory withdrawal period, lack of use, changed priorities, late commercial regret, or voluntary cancellation generally does not create a proportional refund for billing cycles that have already started.

Consumed credits, add-ons, or resources may not be refundable, except where required by law, where a NixZap failure is proven, or where a specific rule was shown at purchase.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights when applicable.

Refund timing and payment methods

When a refund is approved, NixZap will request reversal through the payment provider. The actual appearance of the credit may depend on the bank, card network, acquirer, payment provider, payment method, and card statement cycle.

For card payments, the credit may appear on the current or a later statement, according to issuer rules. For Pix, operational timing depends on the payment provider and receiving institution.

Chargebacks and disputes

If there is a dispute, chargeback, or fraud suspicion, NixZap may suspend or limit access while the case is reviewed by the payment provider.

Confirmed chargeback or financial reversal events may lead to immediate subscription cancellation and loss of the corresponding paid access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, operational, or product changes.

The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable channels when applicable.
